7cx Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly when the bonus is offered. If a wagering requirement of 20x applies to a PKR 1,000 bonus, you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of those bonus-derived funds.
7cx Game actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets across outcomes specifically to clear wagering requirements, systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way that is not consistent with normal recreational play, and withdrawing bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements. Where abuse is identified, the platform reserves the right to cancel all bonuses held by the player, reverse any withdrawals made using abused bonus funds and close the account.

VIP cashback is credited to your account every Monday and carries no additional wagering requirement. When VIP cashback lands in your balance, it is yours to use freely across any game category on the platform.
All casino games on 7cx Game — including slots, fish games and live casino table games — use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. No player, staff member or third party can influence the result of any game round. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's balance.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the market and sport in question. The 7cx Game VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from the date of their first deposit. There is no opt-in requirement.
Tier upgrades are based on cumulative qualifying wager volume over a rolling period. The wager thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
